The focus is on speed, validation, and efficiency, which means some types of projects are not a good fit, such as:

• Native mobile applications built with custom code (iOS or Android)
• Highly complex platforms that require deep backend engineering from day one
• Applications that must work fully offline

In these cases, traditional development is usually the better path.
